Sewer Connection Completed Early: Villiers Lane Reopening Planned

DGC Ltd has successfully connected to the main Villiers Lane sewer – three days ahead of schedule. Upon exposure, the existing sewer was found to be in poor condition. Working closely with Manx Utilities, we adapted our connection method to suit. A lined 150mm junction was installed onto the existing coupling and has been signed off by MU as compliant and secure. Backfilling of the trench will now commence, with all services being safely reinstated over the coming days. The road is scheduled to reopen to the public on Tuesday 3 December.
