Back on Track: Concrete Poured, Excavation to Resume
Date: Week Ending 9 November 2024
The plant room floor at the Claremont Hotel has now been fully poured and stabilised. The hot water tank will be refilled on Monday 11th, allowing normal service to resume. This week, DGC Ltd also completed the primary concrete pour in Zones 1 and 2. Access has been reinstated to the second site, with supervised access to the beer pump area beginning Monday 11th. Safety remains a top priority as we move forward.
RAMS for the Villiers Lane excavation have now been approved. These documents were vital to ensure the safety of our workforce. With this paperwork in place, DGC Ltd will resume excavation work on Monday 11th.
