Date: Week Ending 13 September 2024
The drainage infrastructure at Claremont Hotel has been connected into a new MHCH chamber in the rear yard, temporarily fed into the old 100mm clay system. Building Control is set for inspection on 16 September.
DGC Ltd has now received the signed road closure licence for Villiers Lane, with works scheduled to begin Monday 23 September. The team will pause site activity during guest bookings and resume excavation once the closure is live.
The site is now fully set up to begin connecting into the 225mm public sewer system, aligning both new and existing foul drains for final commissioning.
